現在的人都對自己的健康非常的注重，不管是從飲食還是環境各個方面都做的很好的，就拿我們家來說吧，媽媽每天在家整天就想法設法的給我們做各種的好吃的，還要講究營養搭配。就這現兩天又不知道從哪看了一個癌症控制的新聞吧，，這幾天又開始了請一些癌症控制，說是要從現在開始我們家也要做預防。每天給家里消毒，清洗都特別的上心，看著老媽一天在家里還挺累的，可是一說到健康的時候，她的話題就的多了。一說起來就特別的情不自禁。

想不到我姐姐居然會特地給我外帶晚飯，姐姐說他剛好跟朋友在附近吃飯，想過來看看我，就外帶了些吃的過來，因為我平時比較忙，所以晚飯都是很晚才吃的，我姐姐也知道，所以他就想我肯定沒有吃晚飯，其實當時我也是很餓了，可是想把文章寫完之後再去吃飯，所以就一直沒有吃。沒想到姐姐會外帶晚飯給我，真的是太感動太意外了。可能是因為太餓了，我沒花多少時間就把東西都吃完了，我姐姐說吃東西不要太快，對胃也不好，其實也是因為他給我外帶的東西太好吃了，要不然我也不會吃的這麼快。
